What is a Webinar?
It is an online seminar, held a specific date and time convenient for you, typically about a specific topic.
 
Professional development made easy … the broad array of CLARUS Corporation’s presentation topics can be presented to you at your campus, or a roomful of your college’s employees via an Internet connection.
 
 
Simply using a computer with an Internet connection, an LCD projector and a speakerphone, a CLARUS Corporation representative presents a PowerPoint presentation on the topic of your choice. And it is interactive; ask questions as we present through the speakerphone.


Organizing an online presentation on your campus is easy.
  • You will need to schedule a time convenient for your college for the Webinar and confirm the date and time with us.
  • Book a room on your campus for two hours to conduct the Webinar. The room should have the following features:
    •
    • A computer with an Internet connection
    • An available phone line with a speakerphone
    • An LCD projector and screen (if more than two people will be attending the presentation)
  • Schedule a time at least a week prior to the Webinar with our Scheduling Coordinator to conduct a trial to assure all connections are working.
  • We will send you detailed instructions on configuring your system to run the Webinar and make sure all systems are go prior to the day.
  • The day of the Webinar just dial us up a few minutes prior.
