The key processes addressed in this scan include how the College engages inquiries; how user-friendly the application process is; who is responsible for tracking and following up with inquiries; if financial aid processes are being utilized to their fullest to serve students; and if the assessment, orientation, and counseling systems are easy to access and use.
Since communication with potential students is a key to pulling them through the admission process and eventually enrolling them, we will also assess the College’s website outlining the enrollment process, current communications received by the applicants, and other communication tools such as live chat and request information forms.
